Building a free roaming world with a different static lighting for each level

We will briefly explain my dilemma, I would like to build a free roaming world with a different illumination for each area.
So I broke the world in more levels in which I created a dedicated static lighting level, build the lamps for part levels and then join all levels by uploading them using the blueprint TiggerBox

I would now like to know if this is the correct way or if there is a better way?
