How to avoid skylight cubemap hitching?

I’ve been trying to follow the steps outlined here: Blueprint Blending Between Multiple Skylight Cubemaps | Live Training | Unreal Engine - YouTube to try and get a smooth skylight transition without the hitching involved in recapturing the skylight. Unfortunately I’ve been having a bit of difficulty.

As you can see, I’m getting the hitching whenever it changes cubemaps anyway.

And as far as I can tell, what I have set up here is identical to the one Zak set up in his videos.

Is there something I might be overlooking that can help solve this problem?
