I have an i7-6500u ( Dual Core 2.5Ghz, 3.1max) 8 Gb RAM, a GeForce 940m 2Gb and Windows 10.
Could you please tell me if I can run it?

Have you tried it Jacques? Does it work? I’m thinking about getting similar config for my new laptop and I’m very curious about that.

You should be fine, although your ram might be a bit on the low side

It would work rather fine, depends on your project really, i have much, much worse laptop and i still can run simple scenes and blueprints.

Thanks guys. It works quite well with about everything i tested it on, but i haven’t really done anything big yet. Should handle most things without much problem, just don’t go too crazy with it. :slight_smile:

My laptop is of much worst configuration.
processor: I5 2410m - 2.3GHz
ram: 6GB
GPU: AMD Radeon 6600m
Windows 10

And I am able to run unreal but very laggy. Once i used unreal engine for 10 min it prompted to remove all the effects to make engine run faster. I said ok and I’m able to run unreal 4.10. But most of the effects (like shadows) wont be scene in editor preview window.

I think with your configuration you will be able to run it easily.
