How to bake high rez lightmaps only?

Is there a way to Light build only high rez lightmaps for Arch viz levels?

If I turn off “Texture Streaming” in project settings and use epic settings, “Lighting Quality>Production” and “Material Quality> High”, UE4 still creates a LO resolution as well as HI resolution lightmaps. Is there a way to tell UE4 to just create a High rez lightmap for both GI and Shadows? I thought that by turning OFF texture streaming it would tell UE4 not to create mipmaps.
