Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

UV Distort with Subimage Index, how?

Hi! I have a flipbook 12x12 sprite sheet for a flame. I want to add UV distortion to these images, and I can't get it to work. Obviously, the distortion needs to be consistent from frame to frame, and that's what doesn't seem to work. This seems like it should be simple, but I've spent the last 4 hours trying to get it working. Has anyone done this? Can you please post a material setup and/or explanation? THANK YOU!

I setup the graph from this topic:

The resulting image posted of the flame LOOKS like what I'm going for, but I'm not getting the same result. I've watched several youtube tutorials and everything seems to work with a SINGLE image, but as soon as I use a flipbook it doesn't work anymore. THANKS!
