I'm getting no screen space reflections from high res screenshots

Alright, so basically I’m getting improper/no screen space reflections in UE4 from any high res screenshot tool at any resolution (the tool or the console command).

F9 does show proper screen space reflections though. So as a short term fix I open my game in a seperate window running at 4k and use f9. However it also captures the border of the window so I have to manually crop it and accept that it will be at a weird screen ratio.

Now that’s a lot of work to get a simple proper high resolution screenshot out of UE4 that’s not even the right ratio. Is any one else having this issue (I’m on 4.11 right now)? Is this being worked on? Is there a quick fix for this?
