Hi Epic, we are small group of programmers and 3d artists from Ukraine, and we are looking to build a small game-dev company, focused on making VR games on UE4. So here is most improtant question for us: How can we get Oculus/HTC Vive, in our country? Both companies are not shipping their product to us.
