What is the difference between the object name in the editor and ID Object

Hello everyone)
What is the difference between the object name in the editor and ID Object and how can i get object name in the editor via c++ code?

The ID Name would be what the original item material ID associated with that object, the ID OBJECT is the ID name you can change to better organize your editor menu so you know right away which object you are about to click on. Example:
You can change 06_01_FH_1204032 to BLW (back left wall) for organization.
