Problem with lighting, and grid barely visible

Hello!

UE worked perfectly yesterday when I installed it. Today when i started it up everything was horribly wrong. There seems to be some kind of problem with the lighting, since everything just seems really bright. The grid is barely even visible. I have to zoom in all the way to see it, and it fades away in the distance. When I start up an empty level the grid is basicly useless. I know my grid is on, and i’m not in game-mode or anything like that. All the settings seem to be fine, so I think this might be a bug, though I hope it’s just some kind of setting that I have overlooked.

Thanks.

Hello Njoter,

In the default loaded level, open or place the Post Process Volume in your scene. Set it to ‘Unbound’ and navigate to the ‘Auto-Exposure’ setting. Set the Min and Max Brightness both to a value of 1.0 to nullify the eye adaptation feature. If this does not work, could you provide me with a screenshot that demonstrates what you are reporting. This way I can get an idea of what you are seeing and suggest some other fixes as well.

Let me know if you have further questions and I am glad to assist you.

Cheers,
