Hi, it seems that I have 4.11.1 and I was trying to update to 4.11.2 since there’s an update button in the launcher. Unfortunately, I’m receiving the unable to download Code 5 error. I tried several workarounds posted online but no luck. I tried to repair the launcher using the EpicGame installer as well but to no avail. Can you please help me. Thanks in advance.

Epic Games launcher support will now be handled by our Player Support team through an email ticketing system and active knowledge base. Thank you for your help. I think I have resolved the problem by first uninstalling the launcher, reinstalling then removing 4.11.1. After that the 4.11.2 showed and I download with debug log enabled and making sure my epic game is allowed in private and public connection in my firewall.
