Error Can't find file for asset. Help!

Hi everyone.
I downloaded the Unreal Tournament Editor for create a custom weapon following the tutorial under the Install button.
When I opened the WeaponTutorialMap I saw an error message.

What I need to do?? Please help me!

Also, how can I change graphics settings in the editor?

Unfortunately I cannot help you with your main question. However, graphic settings can be changed in the main viewer, under settings, and then under Scalability. Hope this somewhat helped!
