My Mac won’t let me download UE4 and it runs version 10.7.5. I want to learn how to develop video games, and to be honest I’m new and I’m not great at downloading things apparently, so I just need some help.

There actually isn’t a downloader available for 10.7.5 so if you need any, try cocos2d. My best bet is that you need to upgrade or find a hacked version of UE4. I have the same problem as you, and I am using a 2010 Mac.
