Diasbling Lock To HMD

Hi all,

So I’m disabling LockToHMD on my camera and manually apply the position and orientation. I do this for a couple of necessary reasons which I won’t go into.

Now with LockToHMD off, the stereo rendering isn’t working. I did a test with just a thin cube right near my head, if I swap open eyes, the views are the same.

Once I switch LockToHMD back on and repeat the experiment, I get the right effect with two distinctly different views for each eye.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?
