UE 4.12 P1 release looks terribly

What’s happened with UE in 4.12 release?
If I started both 4.12 release and 4.12 and - Whoa! - there is huge difference:

Why UE 4.12 used so much CPU on start? It just very simple form with Project, not a huge project!

Agree, CPU load is much higher (30% vs 1.5%). But it loads up faster.

Yeah, faster.

But high CPU, that wasted, is interfere such operations, like Shaders Compiling.

And, imagine, if it loads faster with wasted CPU usage, how it could faster load with correct CPU usage!

Sorry, this was a bug that I introduced by accident. It should be fixed with this GitHub commit.

It’s already in our 4.12 branch locally. Should get pushed up with the next preview release.

Thank you very much. I just found it - https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine/commit/a9a45d7f67b47dd08d5e96ae450c6983c5157602 … It’s means, that I tried to compile UE 4.12 more that three days ago.
