Editor causes extreme CPU usage

Starting a converted 4.11 project causes extreme CPU usage even in idle mode with deactivated realtime mode in the viewport. I’m using 4.12 preview from the Epic Games Launcher.

Interestingly the usage is about 60-70% if I’m in the viewport. If I open the project settings for example, it spikes to ~100%. Maybe its slate related?

EDIT: Also happens with a fresh 4.12 project!
