[Bug] Draw Line function in HUD ignores alpha value
The Draw Line function in HUD class draws every line with 1.0 alpha value, disregarding the actual alpha value of its line color. To reproduce the bug, just make any template project, modify its default HUD blueprint to append a Draw Line call, choose any location and pick a line color with an alpha value less than 1.0. Tested on UE 4.11, Windows 10 64-bit.

I was able to reproduce this on my end and have entered a bug report, UE-30195, to be assessed by the development staff.
