How can i deploy app from plugin ARtoolkit for UE4

Fails to deploy package using plugin ARtoolkit for UE4.
Im able to deploy it for windows 64 but unable to deploy it with android.
I already bought it and having personal license to use it.
I did the same they mentioned on the tutorial to deploy but package fails to deploy by giving warning mentioned below:

We do not help with errors being caused by third-party plugins. If your project packages without the plugin, I would suggest contacting the creator of the plugin to let them know of the issues you’re running in to.
