Error while packaging

Hello, i’m lancelot de briey, sorry if i do errors while typing, i’m french x)
okay, lets start:
i have a problem, a “Unknown Cook Failure”
i tryied loads of things, but nothing worked, i tryied to update VS, didn’t work, i tryied to add the “common c++ tools” or something like that, i tryied to add windows sdk 8.1 but nothing works, i realy need some help guys ! thanks.

Can you paste the cook output or any log with the error ?

Did you try turn off some plugins you don’t use, especially the ones marked experimental? Then restart UE4. You could also try once that’s done to delete /intermediate /saved and /binaries and try package then cook then package again.

Thanks you all guys for helping ! i found it myself ! it was simply an error with my main menu map, idk what was going on but i just deleted it and made a new one, and it worked !
