Unreal tournament crashing on launch

I downloaded a map or some sort of file while I was in the game to join a server in Sydney.
I’ve tried reinstalling, uninstalling, completely removing the game entirely and the engine without success. It keeps coming up with an error message.

The game was working fine until I went onto this Sydney server which forced me to download something. Is this normal how do I remove it and get playing back to this fantastic game?
