UE 4.12 p2 AddSkeletalMeshComponent looks broken

Hello.

This bug was solved in 6 days ago ( UE 4.12 AddSkeletalMeshComponent looks broken - Programming & Scripting - Epic Developer Community Forums ) and I was able to successfully rebuild UE 4.12 from 4.12 git branch without this bug, but now, in UE 4.12 p2 this bug still present. Looks like this bug said “I’ll be back” :).

I’ve downloaded UE 4.12 p2 with launcher.

AddSkeletalMeshComponent looks like broken, because AddSkeletalMeshComponents RelativeTransform doesn’t work:

But if I change position in AddSkeletalMeshComponent settings, it works:
