GPU particles collision is not working properly

When GPU particles at the top of the head, or when the particles are far away from the collision and kill will not take effect, the particles will pass through the static mesh objects, when the distance between the normal particle collision effect. This is not BUG it?If not, what can I do to make GPU particles and static meshes collide and kill the particles when the particles are on my head
