Detour Crowd AI fails AIMoveTo if spawned from a delay

Strange title I know but I’ll try and explain.

I’m spawning some AI on a path node and after a delay/timer of any amount I spawn again (to spread out the AI spawning) but with this second spawning it goes through to the AIMoveTo and they fail every single time. The first bunch of AI work fine and move about the place happy.

If I take the delay/timer out they work fine.

Here’s some images of my blueprints. I’ve set the detouraicontroller to posses the pawn if they are placed or spawned in the world.
