Can I use bodygroups?

Hi everyone, I come from valve’s source, and i found one little feature i liked from there that i haven’t found here, maybe it is on the engine with another name.

The feature i’m looking for is bodygroups, bodygroups are basically a full bone structure, imagine i have a base model that i use for all my characters, and then, the hairs, cloth accesories etc… are in another model, with full bone structure and only the part i want attached rigged to it.

I know sockets exist, but they don’t work that well for parts that require attachment to multiple bones.

Is there such a thing in ue4?
