Have Unreal Engine limitation about game genre?
Maybe one of next don’t allow for creation games using Unreal Engine?
simulation (technical, military, scientific, medicine, toilet functions, other life simulators); science; architecture; sexually explicit; pornography; vulgar. I was read, that some other Game SDK have limitations like this. Have Unreal Engine some from this limitations?

The UE4 EULA (EULA - Unreal Engine) says this about use restrictions:
You may not engage in any activity with respect to the Licensed Technology, including as incorporated into a Product, (1) for any gambling-related activities or Products (as defined by law in the jurisdiction of use); (2) for operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation, aircraft communication systems or air traffic control machines, or for military use in connection with live combat; (3) in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (4) in which the Licensed Technology is rented or leased; (5) that misappropriates any of Epic’s other products or services; (6) in support of a claim by you or any third party that the Licensed Technology infringes a patent. You also may not sell or grant a security interest in the Licensed Technology.

That quote is correct. Apart from those restrictions, the license grants are for “any lawful purpose” (see Section 1). You mention sexually explicit content. In the United States, that’s generally lawful but the laws on this subject vary by country.

The difference varies per country. I’d take no risk in trying to sell your product in, for example, Saudi Arabia, as it forbids sexual content by law.
Any intent on doing so will render you prosecutable in said country.
My team is working on a heavily politically loaded game, which is a political statement by itself. Even though the Dutch have freedom of speech, under which game content also is categorized, there are certain laws that prohibit certain expressions, for example:
