Are you talking about the UE4 or UDK?
Because for UDK you don’t have to register 
UDK → free version of the UE3

Thank you, But I have it already and I’ve heard the facilities of UDK and Unreal4 is not comparable and if I want to sell my game I should pay 25% of earnings to Epic and I want to do it but without registration I don’t think it’s being possible?
