How can i make it so my vehicle can jump even when it is going over a half pipe

so i have a vehicle and i am trying to make a stunt game and when i add jump by doing this

when i go over a ramp like a half pipe and try to jump, it launches me in the air. how can i do it so it jumps based on the location and rotation of an arrow or something like that.
