Quad Complexity Issue

Hi,
I encountered a problem with the Quad Complexity Button in the Show Menu of the Viewport.
Whenever I try to activate the Quad Complexity Visualization Mode, The Editor ( UnrealEd 4.11.2 ) freezes completely.
