Some clients get dropped on ServerTravel

Using seamless travel to transition a multiplayer session/game from one map to another. The transition is initiated using the console command “ServerTravel mapname?listen”

Most users will make it through to the other side, but occasionally a player will get lost or stuck in the transition and have to hard reset the game.

Is there anything I can check to resolve this?
