Problem with Normals and Translucent Materials

Having some issues getting normals maps to show up on translucent materials. As soon as I bake lighting the normal detail disappears. Pretty sure I have the material set up correctly and could not find much more info online so hopefully some of you guys can help me out.

Be sure you have reflection capture actors in your scene. Transparent items don’t handle lighting as you would expect and you must have the captures to get a good sense of lighting which is required for normals to work.

Yeah think that could be it, think its to do with how I have it set up anyway. Will do some tests and report back :slight_smile:
