Volume Lighting Samples missing from Persistent level

I have few baked levels with Volume Lighting Samples. But Samples are missing on my persistent level so movable objects are black ;/

Doing a simple test on my end I’m not seeing the same results. If you have a simple project that reproduces the issue, or specific repro steps to create it in a new project and not your current project.

I’ll need to specifically know the following to proceed though:

  • How are your levels setup? What exactly is in each as far as lighting and assets go.
  • Your specific lighting setup and which level the lights are assigned to, along with geometry?
  • When you build lighting is this with all levels showing, or individual levels?
  • Can you post a screen shot of your Volume Lighting Samples form the scene.

My mistake. I forgot to add that I change position of levels inside Persistent Level in Level Details tab. And this is when everything gose wrong.

If you’re spawning or moving the levels, the volume light samples will not work. They are precomputed, meaning they cannot be used in a dynamic way like this. If I’m mistaken and you’re doing this by some other method that doesn’t move these levels in your persistent level please answer the questions above in addition to providing clear steps to reproduce the issue.
