My unreal engine and epic games launcher is very glitchy for an unknown reason. Whenever I hover over buttons or even select the program, I get graphical glitches and very strange images that are sometimes distorted. Also, the glitches usually spaz like in and out. It shows and then disappears and shows again in a very fast sequence. Usually, the glitches aren’t strait or in any sort of pattern but more or so random and with different colors and changes in different forms. Does it have to do with files? My computer? or just something else? please help

Here is an example of when i hover over the minimized friends list. Clearly, its messed up and just weird. Also, sometimes when i try this again, the glitch changes and instead of seeing something for instance yellow(like this photo) I see something completely different like green or just different shapes/ glitches.
