Shadows Disapear Beyond Short Range

I am moving back only a few feet from the light source, as the attached pictures show, and the lighting drops. I am using the starter content wall lamp, but I have scaled its z down to be shorter.

Its details are:

Intensity - 2000

Attention - 2000

Source Radius - 50

Source Length - 30

Affects World - True

Cast Shadows - True

Indirect Lighting Intensity - 1.0

Changing any of these results hasn’t helped. I’ve built in high lighting quality, moved the light, changed all of its stats a bit, made it static, stationary and movable (all but movable gave even worse results of complete darkness) but nothing has changed.

It seems to do with the LOD of the light, but i cannot edit it in the blueprint.

What is happening, and how can I fix this?

Edit: This is even happening the editor when I move the camera around in the viewport.
