The Geometry is a box brush converted to a staticMesh.

After converting BSP to a Static Mesh, you need to enter a new value of the Lightmap resolution and change the value of the Lightmap index on 1.
I built a scene with a Point Light and add a IES profile and create a Box mesh from the BSP.
