[4.11.2] - Level Fails To Load When Migrating Between Binary + Souce Build Of The Engine

Hey Epic,

Got a bad one here at the worst possible time. I have a couple levels that will not load or even show for that matter in the Content Browser of the source build of UE 4.11.2 however all files were last saved in the binary version of 4.11.2 and load fine in that build. I have a deadline due this week and need to get this resolved asap if possible. I can explain more over PM regarding the matter and can likely share our project but if someone has the time to jump on this one quickly with me, that would be awesome!

Jon, thank you so much! Absolutely.

I just wrapped a staging build and also found that one of the assets is failing to compile that compiled alright in the binary version. If you can reach out to me via PM (MC Stryker), I can give you all the details of the situation and work on getting you the project as soon as needed. Again, thank you so much!

As we discussed privately, your problems had occurred because the “third party fork” of UE4 you were using wasn’t quite up to 4.11.2 (still not sure if it was just behind, or if there were true merge conflicts). After these were resolved, however, the problems you had were resolved.
