iOS and Admob

I know there is a way I can do this because I can’t see ue4 cheating themselves and me out of money. I’m sure I don’t need a plugin. Can someone please just tell me how to get Admob on iOS???

I’m curious about this as well. I’ve tried the banner at the bottom method in blueprint as well as following a youtube video. The banner does show in testflight but with “iAd is now connected” and not random 3rd party advertisements. In the final version when I release the application there is nothing.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

you need a plugin, have a look at this:

Hello,

We can help you. Our plugin Universal Mobile Ads for iOS & Android is exactly what you need: Universal Mobile Ads for iOS & Android - Marketplace - Unreal Engine Forums It includes support for 15 ad networks (more coming soon) and Banners, Interstitials, Rewarded Videos. Plugin was released 2 years ago and was tested in many ways during this time. It’s stable, receives update every 1-2 months ,and we provide premium support.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Because UE4 doesn’t support ads natively for iOS. You should use plugins for example Universal Mobile Ads.

Why Unreal is silent on this topic for so long , for all the post I have seen there is not a single answer to this about whether iAd is now supported on ue4 and where do we have to put Ad Unit Ids, app ids for ios. If admob does work for ios why unreal has not provided any section for it under the ios platform section in project settings , what config files do we have to change if any???

We shouldn’t be relying upon plugins to make admob work for ios…
