Packaging Win 64 yields LogShaderCompilers:Warning: Instanced stereo rendering is not supported on this platform

When packaging a Shipping build for Win64, I see a lot of these warnings in the Output Log:

“LogShaderCompilers:Warning: Instanced stereo rendering is not supported on this platform”

Why is this?
