My mesh only has 1 texture slot

Hello im trying to import textures to a model my friend made in blender and gave me but theres only one texture slot and that texture slot is only for the whole body but when i got another model from my friend he made in blender there was many texture slots to add hair face body eyelashes and more pls help me with this if you dont understand what i mean pls look at these pictures. thanks i hope you can help tell me what im doing wrong when exporting these to fbx and imprting it into unreal cause the 1st model he gave me aloud me to put more in that he renderd but the 2nd one he gave me and i renderd only has 1 slot for texters. thanks pls cick on both pictures below for more help if you dont understand what i mean

You cant Select Polygons and Assign them a new ID inside UE4. Materials have to be set inside Blender! If you Export the Model it will take all those Material IDs assigned to all the different polygons in the right order and show you the Slots inside UE4.

Here is a Example how its done in Maya/Max you can surly find a Tutorial how to do it in Blender. Or tell your freind to do it. But be aware more Materials on a Mesh = More Draw Calls = Less performance!
