Unable to import video files

Hi, I am having a large amount of difficutly importing a video file into unreal. I have followed the steps in the tutorial however I am still unable to import. Dragging and dropping the file results in an unknown extensions error. And searching for the file from the media player doesn’t allow for any video file formats to be searched for. I Have tried the same steps in a different project but on a different system and i am able to import the same mp4 file succesfully. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey actually found the solution to this, feeling a little silly about it now. You need to have Windows Media Player installed in order to import the video files on Windows. You can get it from the media feature pack for windows.
