How to dynamically change SSS color to match ambient light

Hello guys, I have a problem and would like some advice. I am not a programmer and I am just getting my feet wet learning with the tutorials.
My problem: I am trying to simulate a thick panel opaque glass and so far it has been great cheating it with SSS.
My question is: Is there a way that I can lock my Subsurface Color to match my sky color as it changes?
I am using the Ultra dynamic sky from the Marketplace.

This photo below shows it at noon time. You can actually see the support beams inside and I like the edge glare.

From inside the structure: I think it looks ok at this time.

Now at 6am: I would expect the color to seep thru in real life.

From inside, this should be glowing with early morning colors.

The sky is dynamic, so it will be changing over time. I would like that the SSS color changed as well.
Any ideas?
