Packaging Turning Textures Red?

When I package for Windows in UE4 it turns my textures red (sometimes completely blank red and sometimes a red tint on the original texture). Help :frowning:

Hello rgaveglia,

Would you happen to be able to reproduce this in a blank project using the same material(s) assets, but in a simplified version so we can rule out other factors.

Could you provide me with a screenshot of your material that is experiencing the issue?

Thanks,

The thing is though… each package I make has different problems with the textures… sometimes some will be flat red, sometimes some with have the red overlay (like above) and sometimes they appear with a white overlay. The only thing I’ve been able to determine is that the textures that are playing up were made using Substance… although I do have the plugin installed.

This could be the target of your problem. I would look into installing the plugin and see if that fixes the issue.
