Should be good to have an Web API to allow developers to sell dev tools and dev content from their websites using a Login to Epic Games account and then allow they to download/buy the developer assets for use in UE4. In this way the EULA is confirmed in the 2 sides and the developer of the tools can save money from royalties too, while promote the use of UE4.

- Save 5% to dev tools developers using this method.
- Promote the use of UE4 in more places.
- Allow download mod tools from dev websites.
- Allow tutorial creators and other users using Epic Games content included in UE4 to give the content in a legal and correct way.
- Allow to give downloads of free and paid content with Epic Games included content into the packages out of the marketplace.
