Can you convert a bone into a cloth asset?

so i was wondering if its possible to import an .fbx model thats already rigged (not using ART tools) and tell ue4 to make some of the bones on the model to act as cloth, or if theres some other method to do this.

You can’t. Cloth simulation is only available trough APEX Clothing.

You of course, are welcome to try to use PHaT Tool, to set proper collision between bones, and try to physicalize your cloth bones, but I would not expect results to be desirable.
