Can't install any UE4 from epic launcher w8.1

i simply can’t install the engine, i install the epic game launcher but when start it, error happend, i am in window 8.1

if someone can help me, i try to open like admin, re-install the launcher, and install in the partition…
My pc specs, I7 4790k, 16gb ram, quadro k2000 2gb, ssd 480gb.

Hi basplay,

A few other users are reporting this issue as well, see UE4 crashes when I try to download the engine - Platform & Builds - Unreal Engine Forums

This crash is on our radar now and we are investigating.

I resolve the problem!! it is because (what i try) the drivers in the graphics card were no update, i was in the version 310.2 because is compatible with Avid. i change to the last and it works !
