4.12 VR planar reflection not keeping track with head movements

Trying out planar reflections on the vive… IM getting 50/60 FPS but the planar reflection is moving around and as if lagging the HMD movement…

Seems to be that way: dela yin the mirrored env…

I’ve also tried it and found the same. At first i thought it was due to the performance hit but on a blank map with basic water and 90fps it still lags behind. It’s probably not recommend to use with vr but it should at least work and look correct.

Hopefully it gets some performance improvements because it looks good otherwise.

Same here. Simple terrain and reflected water. Could it be the prediction algorithms aren’t being applied to the reflections? That’s exactly what it looks like to me.

Planar reflections are not supported in stereo for 4.12 and 4.13. Sounds like it’ll be supported in 4.14.
