Transform Things Gizmo Off-Screen? Transform Scrub?

Hi, I’m looking at the world through my desired camera perspective, I don’t want to move the camera, but I see that there’s one object I slightly want to move, problem is, its gizmo is not on camera.

Currently I have to swtich to a different view, move the object, then go back to my camera view. But is there a way I can just move it without leaving my view?

For example in Max I can just scrub the coords of the object without actually using its pivot. In UE4 however no matter what key combinations I try I cannot manage to scrub the location values.

If my transform location is set to relative I can enter values to move the object, but that is insanely slow because I need to experiment to find the value I want, I havne’t figured out any way yet to use my mouse to scrub various values.
