Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Android Display Resolution tweak

For some reason I can not downscale the resolution for Android. I have set this for my default profile in the ini file, and have set my lows, high and mids in the editor to 0.5 as well. In the editor I have changed all parent profiles to 0.5, and it's still running full resolution on my Galaxy S6. It looks gorgeous, but it's so saturated because the resolution is too high. At 0.5 it would be optimal, can someone please help? I've searched the recesses of this forum for the solution. My iOS profiles work like a charm, it's just Android that's the culprit.

Then in my DefaultDeviceProfiles.ini:

 [Android DeviceProfile]
 +CVars=sg.EffectsQuality=0
 +CVars=sg.ShadowQuality=0
 +CVars=sg.TextureQuality=1
 +CVars=sg.PostProcessQuality=0
 +CVars=r.ParticleLODBias=1
 +CVars=fx.MaxCPUParticlesPerEmitter=5
 +CVars=r.MobileContentScaleFactor=0.5
