I was charged twice for a asset in marketplace how do i get refund for one of the charges?

I bought Luos’s Modular Rocks & Caves and I tried to purchase with paypal and got an error… so I instead purchased with credit card and it went thru… then i get two emails with two separate charges. So it charged me twice for same product… Can I please get a refund on one of the charges?
