Android packaging not work

Hi devs,
My problem is in packaging section for android, however packaging for windows work like a charm.
I have done everything and downloaded sdk, ndk , jdk and ant also I have set all their paths in vars,
I tried using tadp-2.0r8-windows in extras folder, but it gives me an error that says:
Installer aborted because of error…
Error: There has been an error.
Error getting URL http://developer.download.nvidia.com/devzone/devcenter/mobile/tadp200/017/tadp_vars.txt

I’m using windows installer in windows 8.1 x64

Thank you for your report. We were not able to investigate this on the engine version you reported, but there have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur. Due to timetable of when this issue was first posted, we are marking this post as resolved for tracking purposes.
