Lighting Issues in UE4

I’m following an architectural visualization tutorial but I’m stuck because my lighting has issues. Surfaces have these

weird black spots I don’t know why… please help

I think your assets has not enough lightmap resolution to catch enough data. Can you try to increase them (default 64) by "selecting the assets > lighting tab, like 256 or 512 and try to rebuild your lighting again? Also don’t forget to add lighmass importance volume on your scene.
