PhaT stretching problems and problems with bodies

Over the last two days I’ve been struggling with a problem in Physics Asset Tool. After I imported my skeletal Mesh from Blender 2.77 using .fbx7 I had got an error saying “The bone size is too small to create physics asset, you will have to create it manually”.
Later I realized that I can set minimum bone size to 0.1 and it worked thankfully. I deleted all the rigid bodies that were automatically created and tried to add them myself. For the first time everything was cool and dandy but then when I tried to add bodies to a leg and simulated it, it started stretching to infinity

Also, I can’t figure out what I can do with the scaling of the bodies. Some of them are spawned so big related to the bones or something like this happens:

I tried to scale them down but it didn’t work

A collision body has to be assigned to the root before everything else.
